We’re excited to announce that GlobaliD users can now reach us on Twitter with any questions or issues you may be experiencing and receive help directly from our customer support team.

Our account can be found on Twitter at @GlobaliDSupport.

After tagging the account and providing a brief description of the issue you are experiencing, a help ticket will be created within our internal support system, and our customer service team will then contact you via email.

In addition to fielding help requests, the Twitter account will also share updates regarding bug fixes, patches, and other support ticket items.

Please do not post any personal identifying information (PII) when reaching out to us for support via Twitter. PII is any data that could potentially identify a specific individual, and it’s critical to keep this information secure in order to maintain personal privacy and data protection.

Examples of PII include:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Driver’s License Number
  • Credit or Debit Card Numbers
  • Social Security Number

Photos or videos of PII should also not be posted. For more information about PII, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s website.

You can also reach out to us at our online Help Center and find answers to common issues on our FAQ page.

For any questions or concerns, please email us at support@global.id.
