When signing-up for GlobaliD, you can access your identity via your mobile device. In the unfortunate event that you misplace your mobile phone or if you no longer have access to your device, you may revoke your GlobaliD account by entering your GlobaliD name and your unique restore code (see below).
Prior to revoking your GlobaliD, please save a copy of your personalized code, as once this action is taken, you will no longer be able to access your GlobaliD account.
To access your personalized restore code, follow these easy steps:
In the app, tap on the setting Gear icon at top-right of homepage
Next, click on “Identity”
Then, click on Restore key
Enter your PIN code
Copy your restore code to your clipboard or store it somewhere safe
